CCS - Member Rates, Prices, and Services

• In-house Labor Charge -  $45.00 hr
• On-site Labor Charge -     $55.00 hr
• Emergency Service -        $90.00 hr
  (May be charged on weekends, holidays, or after hours)

CCS Services Include:

• System installation, upgrades, maintenance, and repairs
• Network installation: wired and wireless
• Virus removal, AV and firewall installation
• Private and group training classes
  
• Network security

How to Get Help Now

1. Call or visit any FNB branch office and sign up for CCS membership services. (To qualify for CCS, you must have a FNB checking account and be in good standing with the First National Bank of North Arkansas.)
2. Contact a CCS technician to discuss your problem. Many common problems can often be resolved with telephone support alone.  In other cases the technician may be able to remotely connect to your computer, schedule a house call, or arrange for for work to be performed at the CCS service center.
3. After services have been completed, the  CCS charges will be debited from your FNB checking account.
