        What to do when your computer stops responding:

1. Hold down Ctrl, Alt, Delete keys all at the same time.
2. Select "Task manager"
3. Select the application that is stuck (not running)
4. Choose "end task"

End all applications that are not responding.  If this does not work, choose "shut down computer."  After the computer is re-started, try the application again.  If your computer is not working properly, and you recently installed a program or device driver, try uninstalling the program or device. If the problem persists contact a CCS technician for help.
